Get out the keys and unlock the true potential - utilize it for the PURPOSE its meant for!

Yourself:

Most of the times You yourselves have locked your own potential with a key of "Inferiority Complex". And the real reason for having / developing inferiority complex is - having a habit of comparing yourself with others!

There is no point in comparing Grapes and Oranges! You're unique! Assess yourself and identify "WHAT you are meant for" and work on it...

Parents:

Every parent wishes best future for their kids, however, most of the times based on what they read / hear in their social life, they bound to imply it on their kids (which generation!?! doesn't matter, it applies to current gen parents as well).

Suppose its a girl child having an appetite for sports, very few parents allow her to play freely with the attire that helps her deliver her best play. Many others will try to divert their girls to other arts / hobbies like music / dancing / painting etc. Unlock your child's potential, let them explore the True Thyself!

Lead Role Players (Business owners / Managers / Leads)

Before hiring, take time for evaluation - don't evaluate on knowledge of any domain, evaluate on "attitude"! Once you have identified someone with fire within to learn and implement and face the challenge, technologies doesn't matter.

Having said that - the real problem starts when many "Lead Role Players" have an attitude of "Just do as I say" - that's where you're not unlocking the true potential of the BEST HIRING that you've made!

Give them the space to perform, Unlock the EGO / Your past myth obligations and help them have a smooth "TAKE OFF" towards a great career resulting in success for the organisation as well.
