The ultimate goal behind taking this initiative was - ignorance / lack of attention to details in EVERY manufacturing industry where REAL DATA was never captured. Even few billion dollar turn over industries aren't aware of REAL GROUND LEVEL DATA on the SHOP FLOOR! Hence, we came up with Industry 4.0 Solutions!

Vision based tool developed by us is running with 99.6% accuracy at BOSCH, Nashik. No complaints / escalations since more than a year now!

Ability to take Risk...
Inspite of being a startup with limited human resources and funds to explore NICHE domains like Industry 4.0, Vision based Systems & AI/ML - where resource costs (human or hardware) costs are huge!

Hence, it was a risk to be taken where there was no assurance about the LIVE projects nor the resources - a typical Chicken & Egg situation!
​
But, as that was the ultimate goal that we were aiming for; we took the risk and succeeded!

Expand your Horizons...
After being successful in IIoT domain, we expanded our horizons to other two corners of the Golden Triangle - Mumbai and Pune.

Regarding software services, we expanded our horizons to United States, Australia, South Africa and the UK!

I've been empowering my clients in all aspects to grow.

At times there have been difference of opinions, but when you are aligned towards a common goal, things get sorted via discussions!

Productivity / Efficiency
This is the real success determining factor! There is no point in having high productivity if rework ratio is also high!

I've setup a practice to dedicate more time on planning, invest on training and identify and use the right tools execution and monitoring - it indeed helps in achieving better productivity.

Minimal Attrition
Although attrition is an imperative aspect of every organisation, what I take pride in is - in incubation stage, when we were not paying very high salaries to our team, they stayed with us and then when we grew, everyone in the team grew equally!

It does prove that even though MONEY is important, it is NOT THE ONLY factor that keeps team happy! There are several other factors that contribute to build your core team!

I've been well acquainted with technologies, project management, operations and HR, however this domain I explored with Ambar's help!

Strategic changes do provoke a turbulence for a while, nevertheless if it helps you reach the ultimate goal, that change is imperative.
My experience has taught me that - any CHANGE in the organisation should be imbibed by each member in the team, then only we together can achieve the GOAL!
